We book and manage your international freight with trusted forwarding partners: full container loads (FCL), consolidated less-than-container loads (LCL) and air freight. When it lands, we coordinate clearance, collect it from Port Botany or Sydney Airport, and deliver it to your door or straight into our warehouse.
FC Logistic Solution is a logistics coordinator, not a licensed customs broker. Customs and biosecurity entries are lodged by licensed customs brokers, and duties, taxes and government charges are payable by the importer.

Import questions
Do I need a customs broker?
Most commercial imports need a customs entry, which is lodged by a licensed customs broker. We work with licensed brokers and coordinate the clearance for you, or we can work with your own broker.
What documents will I need?
Usually a commercial invoice, a packing list and the bill of lading or air waybill. Some goods also need certificates or permits. We will tell you what your shipment needs before it leaves.
Can my container go straight into your warehouse?
Yes. Once it is cleared, we collect the container, devan it at our warehouse, receive the stock and return the empty container.
